About Us

The BRIDGES INT’L FOUNDATION is a charitable organization founded in August 2011 by HON. (MRS) VIVIAN AKPAMGBO-OKADIGBO and was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as a corporate body under the Companies and Allied Matter Act No. 1, 1990, PART C on the 5th day of November 2014 to operate as a non-governmental organization established for the purpose of catering for the need of the poor, widows and support society’s most vulnerable groups, empowering people to take charge of their lives and live a fulfilled healthy life and to provide humanitarian service whether in time of peace or conflict.

The Trustees include Prof. Okechukwu Oko, Surveyor Samuel Mbadiwe and Hon. Mrs. Vivian Akpamgbo Kadigbo. Our corporate office is located at 39 Bedwright Street Uwani Enugu Nigeria. We are not politically motivated hence not established for political sycophancy.

Prior to our registration with Corporate Affairs Commission Nigeria, we have positively touched the lives of people in the areas of Health Care Programs. Scholarship schemes, Skill Acquisition and Financial Empowerment towards kick- starting small scale business among others.

Our Vision

  • Giving educational support and Scholarship to the less privilege/vulnerable in our society especially at the grass root.
  • Undertaking integrated poverty alleviation programs though vocational, skills acquisition and entrepreneurship empowerment at the grass root.
  • To undertake programs & projects aimed at socio-economic empowerment and capacity building for women and youth both at urban and rural areas.
  • To facilitate programs focusing on strengthening and expanding education, health and networking with international organizations, community based organizations and local NGOs to organize workshops and activities for public benefits.
  • Provision of relief materials, food aid, clothing and medicines to disaster areas, hospitals, refugee camps, orphanages and old people’s homes in our society.
